We are committed to improving accessibility, and we know that we can achieve this by making some important changes to our telephone system.
Further to patient feedback, we have already removed the options that patients were required to choose from in order to get through to a member of staff, and this has already improved access.
We have now additionally planned further improvement works to our telephone system, and we will be adding more lines which will allow a greater number of patients to get through to us at busy times.
This improvement work has been scheduled for Wednesday 5 October 2016 and we expect there to be some downtime on between 11am and 2pm on this date. The lines will only be down for a very short amount of time, but if you have an urgent need during this time, please call our sister practice Albert Road Surgery on 020 8104 2222, who will be able to provide you with some support.
